Interior Painting
Interior painting for houses, condos, and townhomes across BC's Lower Mainland — walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and baseboards.
Precision Industrial Painting Solutions repaints the inside of homes, condos, and townhomes throughout BC's Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley — walls, ceilings, trim, doors, baseboards, closets, and feature walls. Interior work is judged up close, in daylight, every day for years, so it is unforgiving of shortcuts. Cut lines have to be straight, coverage has to be even, and the surface underneath has to be properly filled and sanded before a drop of paint goes on.
That preparation is most of the job. We fill nail holes and dents, repair drywall damage, sand back flaking or glossy surfaces, caulk gaps at trim and baseboards, and prime any patch or stain that would otherwise flash through the finish coat. Only then do we lay down the colour. We use low-VOC and zero-VOC products wherever we can, which matters when your family is sleeping in the house that night.
We also understand that we are working in the space you live in. Floors and furniture are covered and protected, dust is controlled, the site is tidied at the end of each day, and the room is put back the way it was. Whether it is a single accent wall, a basement suite, a condo unit between tenants, or a whole house before it goes on the market, you get a clear written quote up front, a crew that respects the place, and a written workmanship warranty. Book a free on-site quote and we will walk the space with you.

Interior Painting — your questions.
How much does interior painting cost in {city}?+
Interior painting cost depends on the number of rooms, ceiling height, how much preparation and repair the walls need, and whether trim, doors, and ceilings are included. A single room prices very differently from a whole house or a condo unit being turned over. We do not guess over the phone — a free on-site quote takes about half an hour and you get a clear written price with no obligation.
How long will my house be disrupted?+
Most single rooms are done in a day, and a typical condo or basement suite runs two to four days depending on prep and how many coats the colour change needs. We work room by room where we can so you keep the rest of the house, protect floors and furniture as we go, and tidy the site at the end of every day.
Do I have to move out, or move my furniture?+
You do not have to move out. Move small and fragile items if you can; we will move and cover the larger furniture and protect the floors. Modern low-odour, low-VOC paints mean most people stay in the home comfortably while we work, and we can plan the order of rooms around where you sleep.
Do you repair the walls before painting?+
Yes, and it is the part that decides how the finish looks. We fill nail holes and dents, patch drywall damage, sand flaking or glossy areas back, caulk gaps at the trim and baseboards, and prime patches and stains so nothing flashes through the topcoat. Painting over an unprepared wall is exactly how a repaint starts looking tired within a year.
Can you paint a condo or a rental unit between tenants?+
Yes — turnovers are some of the most common interior work we do. We can work to a tight handover date, keep the noise and access within strata rules and elevator booking windows, and get the unit back to you clean and ready to show or re-let.
Do you paint ceilings and trim as well as walls?+
Yes. Walls, ceilings, trim, doors, baseboards, closets, and feature walls are all part of what we do, and we will quote them as a package or separately so you can see exactly what each part costs.
